I sat for almost 2 hours at the bottom of 9th Street taking pictures. I originally went down to take pictures of how dry the pond is and saw so many birds and activity. Note picture #24. The gator has just caught and is eating a fish. A Roseate Spoonbill (rare), Great White and Blue Heron look on. The last two pictures show vultures eating something that had died. I couldn't see what but I sure could smell it! The gator watches. I had to leave but drove by about an hour later. Notice the "tracks" in the last picture. Looks like the gator had vulture for dinner.

On an evening drive in the golf cart, I found the spoonbill had moved behind Cedar Hill Ct and was keeping this wood stork company.
